This week's question is: "Where is your favorite place to read?"
I actually have a couple of favorite places. My absolute favorite is in my sun room. My apartment has a little room with windows on three sides. I keep my bookshelves there and have some IKEA chairs, some end tables and a stereo. It is my happy place to relax with a mug of tea and read away.
I also love to read in bed. It is a nightly ritual for me to take in a few pages every night before I head off to sleep. But I have to be careful with what I read here-if it is scary or really sad it will keep me up shaking or bawling!
So how about you? Where is your book reading happy place?

Happy Friday! I usually read in bed in the evenings. Love to stretch out with a bunch of pillows and get comfortable.
I have to read a little before I go to sleep as well - most of the time i have to force myself to put the book down and actually go to sleep lol
Thanks for stopping by my blog earlier!
Your sun room sounds amazing and a half! Seriously, I'm completely jealous. I was supposed to have a library in my new house but the shelves haven't been built yet and my husbands stuff is slowly creeping into this room.
My Hop
I read on my chaise lounge, stretched out and comfy with a soft blanket. Happy reading! Come and visit me at www.mandysescape.blogspot.com
Hi, thanks for stopping by my blog! I'm following back for sure XD
I know what you mean about reading scary things at night, I always have to listen to something happy or watch glee afterwards otherwise I'm likely to have nightmares. Oh, the perils of an overactive imagination lol.
Have a great weekend!
Hey MJ
Thanks for stopping by my blog! I was just catching up with your previous posts and wanted to say that any fan of Alanna's is a friend of mine :)
Hope you are enjoying your weekend,
All the best, Lyndsey
